Privacy policy
Last updated 6 October 2026
This page explains what happens to the data you send through the waitlist form on sentinel-care.eu. It does not describe the Sentinel Care sensor itself, which is not on sale yet.
Who is responsible
Šimon Michlovský, an individual in the Czech Republic, running the Sentinel Care project. Contact by phone at +420 731 894 038 or by writing to the Instagram or Facebook account of Sentinel Care.
What we collect
- Your email address.
- Your answer to "Who is it for".
- Your country, if you fill it in.
- Technical data such as your IP address and the time of the request, which our hosting provider keeps in server logs.
We do not ask for names, addresses, health information or any data about the person you are thinking of monitoring.
Why and on what basis
We use this data only to write to you about Sentinel Care pilots and to choose the next pilot families. The legal basis is your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you give by ticking the box in the form. You can withdraw it at any time, and it does not affect anything done before.
Who else sees it
The website and the form run on Netlify, Inc. (United States), which acts as our processor. Netlify transfers data under the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU US Data Privacy Framework. We do not sell your data and do not share it with anyone else, and we do not use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Until you withdraw consent, or at most 24 months after you sign up, whichever comes first. Server logs are kept by the hosting provider for a short period under its own rules.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you your data, correct it, delete it, restrict its use, or send it to you in a portable form, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Contact us using the details above.
If you think we handle your data wrongly, you can complain to the Czech data protection authority, Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, at uoou.gov.cz, or to the authority in your own country.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies of its own and uses no analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser sends a request, including your IP address, to Google when the page opens.
